Dear Renosky Lures:

I have been a bass fisherman for about 30 years and a B.A.S.S member for about 25 years.  I have been using Renegade Spinner baits for just short of one year now.  During the past year of fishing with this spinner bait, I have caught more big fish than in the past 24 years.  I think I caught as many fish in the past year as in the preceding 24!  I am currently using the 3/8-ounce chart/white bait with the number five and number two blades with outstanding results.

Last year, I fished in the Florida Southern Regional B.A.S.S. Federation Tournament.  It was the first tournament in which I used the Renegade Spinner bait.  After the first day, I had almost 11 pounds of fish.  During the second day, I had a big stringer with a little over 21 pounds!  (See photo)  Out of 156 anglers in the tournament, I finished 10th overall.

Just recently, I told one of my fellow Bass Club members which spinner bait I was using.  (I hadn’t told anyone up to that point.)  This past weekend, using the Renegade Spinner bait with the little double-tailed trailer, he beat me out for first place.  Well, now the secret is out.  Just about everyone in my club has been to Wal-mart and cleaned out the Renegade Spinners!

One departing thought … I’ve fished your bait with and without the trailer and I have never been a big fan of spinner baits until I started using yours.  Now, this bait is my confidence bait -- I pick it up and throw it first and most!

I am a weekend angler, a deputy sheriff by profession at the current time.
